Terms & Conditions — ZB22

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and ZB22 (hereinafter "ZB22", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ZB22 website located at zb22.cam and all associated services, applications, games and features made available thereon.

ZB22 is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users familiar with the Pakistani market context. By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you unequivocally confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ZB22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ZB22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by applicable law, where such prohibition extends to the type of services provided by ZB22.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of ZB22, nor a close family member of any such person, without prior written consent from ZB22.
6. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or registered with any gambling-therapy or self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration and at any subsequent point determined by ZB22, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include submission of the following documents, uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the holder matches the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where transactions warrant verification.

You warrant that all information and documents submitted are accurate, genuine and unaltered. Submitting falsified, edited or fraudulent documents is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. Documents must never be sent via unsecured channels such as WhatsApp, social media or unencrypted email.

ZB22 reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including withdrawal processing, pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All deposits made to a ZB22 Account must originate from a payment method legally registered in your own name. ZB22 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are made in another currency, conversion rates applied are those of the operator at the time of processing, and the User bears any resulting exchange variance.

Deposits made to a ZB22 Account are non-refundable once accepted, except where required by applicable law or as specifically provided under an applicable bonus or promotion's terms. ZB22 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, each of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved and processed:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed to the required level);
• The withdrawal amount must consist only of real-money funds (not uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements);
• The payment method specified for withdrawal must match the method and identity used for deposit, where required;
• No outstanding account flags, pending reviews or compliance holds must be present on the Account;
• The requested amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Cashier.

ZB22 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times. Processing duration depends on the payment method selected, KYC status, operator review queues and any applicable compliance checks. Players are encouraged to review the Cashier section for indicative processing timeframes, which are estimates only and not contractual commitments.

ZB22 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request and to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds prior to processing.

ZB22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. ZB22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are published in the individual promotion's terms;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash value;
• ZB22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected Users where reasonably practicable;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus-hunting, matched-betting strategies or collusion — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZB22 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to account suspension, fund forfeiture and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or permitting another person to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Users;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, operators or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law and you are aware of such prohibition;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ZB22 staff, support agents or other platform users.

All content on the ZB22 Platform — including but not limited to the ZB22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases and other materials — is the exclusive property of ZB22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, scraping, data harvesting or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ZB22.

ZB22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ZB22 provides the following responsible-gambling tools, accessible via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds deposited;
• Loss Limits — restrict the amount that may be lost within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — receive alerts and automatic session termination after a specified playing period;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily suspend or permanently close your Account for a defined cooling-off period.

ZB22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances (which are non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder is under the minimum eligible age;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Instruction received from a competent regulatory, law-enforcement or judicial authority.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ZB22 may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, forfeit some or all of the Account Balance, including any winnings derived from conduct in breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed without fault on the part of the User, remaining real-money Balance shall be returned via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting the ZB22 support team via live chat or email. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZB22, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services thereon.

ZB22 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from malicious code. ZB22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures beyond ZB22's reasonable control, or disruptions to third-party services including internet service providers and payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ZB22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZB22 will provide notice to active Users via the Platform interface, account notification or email (where an email address is registered) with a reasonable notice period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal operating license.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ZB22 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ZB22's customer support process. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through that process, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and binding version. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the original English text.
